In the letter to Krafts Chairman and CEO Irene Rosenfeld on Saturday, Carr reaffirmed the British confectionery groups rejection of Krafts bid, initially valued at 10.2 billion pounds ($17 billion), as it fundamentally undervalued Cadbury.
